Denny Miller

This guy played Tarzan way back in 1959 and was in dozens of different TV shows and a couple of films, usually showing off his physique. Back then, shirtless scenes were rare, shirtless moments were not common either. And the VCR hadn't been invented yet. They were tough times for those of us who admired men like Denny. Maybe a "teen" magazine might run a picture, but the actors rarely went "beefcake." One of Denny's finest moments was when he played a surfer who caught a big wave and ended up on Gilligan's Island! It was a primo episode because he spent most of it with just his bathing trunks (that's what they were called) on. Is the DVD out yet?
